Cleaned up my skeleton before I macerate it! So excited to do my first articulation piece!
That guy has more skulls he wants me to do! A few Longhorns, aoudad, rams, deer, and hogs! Gonna be busy! Mainly macerating and whitening since they are older.
A customer told me he had a ranch so I asked if he had any skulls…well he sent me these pictures! I hope he will sell or trade them to me!
1st skull is an aoudad ram
2nd is a ram
3rd is a wild boar
Well im just going to soak this buck in some water to reactivate the skin and peel it off!
My good finds for the day
Saw a pile of bones and dug up its skull!
Saw some porcupine quills but could not find the body..about 50 yards was the body! Beautiful skull!
Trying to macerate that cat skeleton I found so I can articulate it!
Here is that red deer I did at its new home!
I thought this was pretty cool. My friend’s friend found this on his ranch. Its a small black buck antelope. The coyotes chewed up his nasal cavity. I tried to talk him into letting me have/buy it but he wants a European mount of it. So I may be doing the mount for him. Its beautiful!
Well the opposum did have a stinch that I didnt realize until I opened my bag it was in. Also had a g we bugs still. So im currently macerating it and will hopefully be articulating it!
Do you think this is enough inventory to start my shop back up? Sorry its a bad video. I also know I need to clean alot of them..also have fox and porcupine feet curing. Let me know what you think and please pass this on. Im ready to start it back up but not sure if I should
